I bought an item full price and now it’s on sale. Can I get my money back?

No, unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the difference in sale price. If you are keen to snag a bargain, it is possible to return the full priced item that is unworn and in its original condition, and then repurchase the item for the sale price. Can I return an item I bought on sale?

Yes, we have a 60 days returns period for all items purchased from MXstore (including sale items). Check out our returns info here: https://www.mxstore.com.au/returns/

A sale item I am after is out of stock, can you order it in for me at the sale price?

No, unfortunately not. The MX Deal Frenzy sale is for a limited time only and while stocks last, so if an item is out of stock it’s gone! Make sure you act fast so you don't miss out.

Can I layby an item for the sale price?

No, MXstore Laybys are not available on sale items, discontinued items or gift cards. Sorry, no rainchecks either. We’re happy to let you know that Afterpay is available for in-stock items, so check out our Afterpay info here: https://www.mxstore.com.au/afterpay/

Can you hold items for me in store to pick up?

No, unfortunately, we cannot secure items for you without payment. To secure your sale items, you can place a ‘Pickup’ order and make payment, online or over the phone with our customer service legends. This will ensure your stock is secured at the sale price until you come and pick it up.

I added an item to my cart at the sale price, why is it full price now?

The MX Deal Frenzy is for a limited time only, so if you add an item to your cart but don’t check out before the sale ends, the item will return to the original price. Keep an eye on the countdown timers to make sure you don’t crash before the white flag and cop a DNF.

When returning items, can I exchange at the sale price after the sale is over?

No, once the MX Deal Frenzy has ended all sale items will return to their original price. To lock in the sale price, we suggest purchasing the new item right away then returning the original item for a store credit or refund. Check out our returns info here: https://www.mxstore.com.au/returns/

Can you do any further discounts?

Unfortunately not! Our once a year MX Deal Frenzy is quite a rare event for MXstore, as we very rarely have sales of any kind. All sale prices are final, but with some serious bargains all over the site, you’ll be able to secure some epic sales that you won’t find any other time of the year.

When will my order be dispatched during Click Frenzy?

We will make every effort to dispatch all orders on time, as promised, as per usual. Orders processed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday should be dispatched that same day. I was emailed a quote/invoice with the sale price, can I still pay for the quote/invoice at the same price later?

No, once the MX Deal Frenzy has ended all unpaid orders and quotes will be canceled and items will return to the original price. Keep in mind that stock is not secured until fully paid for, so be quick to seal the deal!

Will you have another sale soon?

Our MX Deal Frenzy is our biggest sale of the year and one of only two major sales we run annually. That’s right, only two! Be quick so you don't miss out, the items you are after may not be on sale again!
