Returns Policy
We take the risk out of ordering online! If you receive any items that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return to us within 60 days in the condition that you received them and we will happily offer a store credit or refund.
We now offer instant, online returns for Australian customers!
Quick check first - your return needs to be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed
- Tags + original packaging still attached
- No marks, scratches, dirt or damage
- Hard parts not fitted & retail packaging in good condition (no tape or labels stuck on it)
If it doesn’t tick these boxes, there’s a good chance it’ll be sent back and no one wants that.
Hot Tip: If your part doesn’t fit your bike, check out Guaranteed Fitment before lodging a return. If your return does not meet these requirements we may have to refuse the return, and we don’t want that! You can read our full returns terms & conditions below.
You’ll need your order number (starts with N10...) you’ll find it in your order confirmation email or your MXstore account. Returning items from multiple orders? You will need to sumbit a return for each order. Once you’re in the portal, you’ll be guided through the process and can pay for your return shipping via Australia Post - quick and easy.
Packing It Up - Help us get your return back safely:
- Pack items properly so they don’t get damaged
- Boxes matter - don’t tape or stick labels directly on them
Boots, helmets, boxed items?
- Wrap the box in a satchel or bag - keep it clean and resale ready.
Need a Different Size? - We don’t do old-school exchanges, see below for the quickest & easiest way:
- Place a new order for the right item, that way you won't miss out if stock is low
- Send your original back
- We’ll refund or credit you once it lands
Avoid Getting Knocked Back - A few easy wins to make sure your return is accepted:
- Boots: Don’t stand on foot pegs when trying them on
- Helmets: Take makeup off first
- Clothing: Keep it clean - no marks, smells or wear
- Hard parts: Double check fitment before opening where possible
Basically, keep it fresh, clean, and resale ready.
Faulty Items - Something not right? We’ve got you! Before sending anything back:
- Submit your request here
- Send through photos + your order number
If it’s faulty, we’ll sort the next steps and cover return shipping where applicable.
Timing: Most refunds processed within 24 hours of receiving your return, If it needs manufacturer approval, allow up to 2 weeks
Damaged in Transit - If your order shows up looking like it’s done a few laps without you:
- Take photos before opening
- Take photos after opening
- Send them through to Customer Service here
We’ll take it from there & get it sorted for you ASAP!
Personalised Jersey Prints - Heads up these are locked in once ordered:
- No changes after checkout
- No returns once printed
- Double check spelling, numbers & sizing
Print placement can vary slightly depending on the jersey - that’s normal.
Return to Sender - If your order comes back to us:
- We’ll credit your MXstore account (excluding shipping)
- You can re-order with the correct details
Want a refund instead? Just let us know. Note: Orders with free shipping may be refunded minus original shipping costs (unless it was our fault).
Return Terms & Conditions aka the boring stuff:
Please return items in their original packaging and condition or your return may not be accepted (unless faulty), and as we don’t offer traditional exchanges, the quickest way to get your replacement items is to place a new order now this secures stock and gets it to you ASAP, and once we receive your return we’ll process your refund or credit right away, with free shipping on new orders over $20.
Please note: we can’t accept Dangerous Goods returns on Dangerous Goods (DG items) return freight isn’t covered under the required paperwork.
Please see the list below for things to avoid ensuring your return is accepted:
- When trying on boots please do not stand on your foot pegs as some sharp pegs can mark/damage boot soles and your return might not be accepted. If the boots do not fit or feel comfortable on the ground, they will feel no different on the bike.
- If you are trying helmets on, please remove your makeup first. Your makeup will stain the cheek-pads and your return may not be accepted.
- Returns affected by makeup, perfume, deodorants, or body odour will not be accepted.
- Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before removing from the packaging. Items, like chains will not be accepted once they have been removed from their clear plastic packages. You should usually be able to compare the new item with old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturers packaging. We do understand that this is unavoidable in some circumstances.
- If you damage the retail package of an item your return may not be accepted. Please do not apply tape or labels to any packaging.
- Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty). All tags must still be attached.
- We can't accept Ethikas, underwear or swimwear products unless faulty due to health & hygiene regulations. Please Choose Carefully!
- Any return which is not in an acceptable condition will be sent back at the expense of the customer, please ensure all items are in new & resaleable condition to avoid your return being rejected.
