We are not able to offer the deal pricing outside of the set timeframes. If you purchase an item outside of this time, it will be the original price. If an item you purchased has deal pricing after your purchase, we are not able to reimburse the difference.
All items, including deal items can be returned in accordance to our returns policy, however if you choose to return an item after the deal has ended the new item will return to the original price (unless for a different size only, see below). We suggest purchasing replacement items right away to secure the deal price.
We will accept size-only returns at the deal purchase price in accordance to our returns policy. Providing that the item is in stock, and the same item as purchased (from the same overarching part number). Returning for alternative items are subject to price differenc.
We are not able to special order in, layby or raincheck items at the deal price. The pricing is final, no further discounts.
We are not able to hold items prior to complete payment, to secure items you will need to pay in full.
Items added to your cart at the deal price during the deal will return to their original price once the deal has ended.
Any quotes or invoices created during the deal timeframe will be cancelled once the deal has ended, and the items will return to the original price.

I bought an item full price and now there is a cheaper deal. Can I get my money back?
No, unfortunately we cannot reimburse the difference in price. If you are keen to snag a bargain, it is possible to return the full priced item that is unworn, unused and in its original condition, and then repurchase the item. Check out our returns info here: https://www.mxstore.com.au/returns/
Can I return an item I bought as a deal?
Yes, we have a 60 days returns period for all items purchased from MXstore. Check out our returns info here: https://www.mxstore.com.au/returns/
A deal item I am after is out of stock, can you order it in for me at the deal price?
No, unfortunately not. The deal is for a limited time only and while stocks last, so if an item is out of stock it’s gone! We may still be able to special order items in for you at full price. Make sure you act fast so you don't miss out.
Can I layby an item for the deal price?
No, MXstore Laybys are not available on item with deal pricing, discontinued items or gift cards. Sorry, no rainchecks either. Don’t worry, Afterpay is available for in stock items, check out our Afterpay info here: https://www.mxstore.com.au/afterpay/
Can you hold items for me in store to pick up?
No, unfortunately we cannot secure items for you without full payment. To secure your deal items, you can place a ‘Pickup’ order and make a full payment, online or over the phone with our customer service legends. This will ensure your stock is secured at the special price until you come and pick it up.
I added an item to my cart at the deal price, why is it full price now?
The deal is for a limited time only, so if you add an item to you cart but don’t check out before the deal ends, the item will return to the original price. Keep an eye on countdown timers to make sure you don’t crash before the white flag and cop a DNF.
When returning items, can I exchange at the deal price after the deal is over?
Only for the exchange of sizing. Items must be in stock, and the same brand, model, colour (from the same overarching part number) to qualify. In all other instances, once the deal has ended all items will return to their original price. To lock in the deal price, we suggest purchasing the new item right away then returning the original item for a store credit or refund. Can you do any further discounts?
Unfortunately not! Our deals are quite a rare event for MXstore, as we very rarely have deals of this kind. All deal prices are final, but with some serious bargains all over the site, you’ll be able to secure some epic deals that you won’t find any other time of the year.
Will my order be dispatched as normal?
We will make every effort to dispatch all orders on time, as promised, as per usual. Orders processed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday should be dispatched that same day. Check out all of our shipping info here: https://www.mxstore.com.au/shipping-policy/
Please keep in mind we can’t control natural disasters which include, but are not limited to: Tsunamis, earthquakes, flooding, Godzilla, the Y2K bug, alien invasions or zombie outbreaks.
I was emailed a quote/invoice with the deal price, can I still pay for the quote/invoice at the same price later?
No, once the deal has ended all unpaid orders and quotes will be cancelled and items will return to the original price. Keep in mind that stock is not secured until fully paid for, so be quick to seal the deal!
Will you have another deal soon?
We have only two major deals we run annually. That’s right, only two! Be quick so you don't miss out, the items you are after may not have the same deal again!

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MXstore.com.au reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order and orders will be held from shipment until security checks have been completed. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided to complete the necessary security checks. Failure to comply with such requests from MXstore will result in the order being cancelled and the funds being refunded back to the card used.
MXstore.com.au is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by MXstore.com.au. Products which are imported by Ballard’s will be available on the Ballard’s B2B website to reseller account holders. To apply for a credit application contact email@example.com Dealer pricing is not available to any reseller which has not created a trading account with Ballard’s.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers who choose Express Shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. MXstore will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
The delivery times provided by MXstore.com.au are estimates only. MXstore.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Larger orders may be without notice, split up and shipped on a number of consignments for ease of delivery. Tracking information for all consignments will be available.
MXstore.com.au will not be held accountable for delivery instructions left on the order being missed or not followed.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Warranty
Any item which is to be returned to MXstore will only be accepted approval has been granted by MXstore and an RMA number has been generated. MXstore reserves the right to refuse any returned item without notice if we deem the return to not meet guidelines set upon creation of an RMA.
The cost of returning rejected items is the responsibility of the customer and MXstore reserves the right to hold products until payment of shipping has been made.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing unless otherwise stated is set to Recommended Retail which in most cases is set by the Australian Importers of the Products. Pricing changes at MXstore are at the direction of the Australian supplier due to currency fluctuations.
There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, MXstore.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, MXstore.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
MXstore does offer customer laybys & payment plans, we require 20% payment of the total order value upfront to secure your layby which will hold the stock to your order. Orders over $1,000 AUD can require 20-50% payment of the total order value upfront to secure your layby. This will be determined by the total value of the order.
Wheelsets and orders requiring stock to be ordered in will not be actioned until the all payments are finalised. Payment intervals are to be no longer than 2 weeks apart. MXstore will keep you up to date on the progress of your layby as payments are made, and send weekly reminders to you during the layby process.
MXstore allows a maximum duration of 90 days for the layby to be completed. If your layby payment has not been completed at this point we will contact you to finalise payments and complete the layby arrangements.
If contact from MXstore cannot be established with a customer after 90 days from the initial payment, the layby which is not finalised will be canceled and a restocking fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. The remaining credit (if any) will be refunded back to you.
Layby's can be set up in our Burleigh Heads store, over the phone by calling 1300 871 290 or emailing us through our help centre. You can also save an order as a quote on the MXstore website and contact us to set up a payment plan.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, MXstore.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
MXstore.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MXstore.com.au shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Product images may not always be an exact representation of the listed product. Many images are sourced from the Australian importers of the products and in many cases the image will not be an accurate representation of the product. Please refer to images as a reference only and rely on product titles, descriptions and fitment listings for accuracy.
Once an order for a Jersey Print has been placed and paid for, there can be no updates, changes or revisions to the design
Jersey prints can add up to 24 hours additional processing time to your order.
MXstore will not cover any damage, cracking or fading to Jersey Prints under warranty.
MXstore will not cover any reprint if the name is spelt wrong or number is incorrect as entered by the customer. (Once the print is pressed onto the selected jersey we can no longer exchange or return the jersey).
Please also be aware that placement of the jersey print by us will not always be 100% straight as each jersey differs in size and material and cannot always be held in line with the print.

To avoid disappointment, before you place a jersey print order please make sure you double-check: your jersey size, print style, your name, number and that you're happy for the MXstore logo to also appear on the print.
MXstore reserves the right to remove its logo from any jersey print without notice.
MXstore gift cards entitle users to Australian Dollars which can be redeemed at MXstore.com.au or instore at 36-40 Junction Road, Burleigh Heads, QLD. Gift cards have a 12 month expiration date, after 12 months from the date of purchase the gift voucher will be invalid. In order to successfully use your Gift Card the following rules must be adhered to: The Gift Card Number and Verification code must be entered and used within the payment page; The Gift Card must be used prior to the Gift Card’s expiration date.
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase - MXstore Gift cards. Should the customer return items bought with the use of the Gift Card MXstore will, at MXstore's discretion - Issue a refund by way of credit to the customer MXstore account up to the value of the gift card amount redeemed. In order to redeem your gift card, you must use the MXstore checkout by selecting “Proceed to Checkout” in the cart; “PayPal” checkout will bypass the gift card redemption page.
