The Bib Mousse is Michelin's off-road solution to tyre punctures, with an unmatched record: 36 victories in the Dakar since 1983, 22 Enduro World Titles and 7 MX World Championships. Michelin has helped pioneer bib mousse technology, offering various fitments for motocross, enduro and desert applications.

The Michelin Bib Mousse is not a puncture proof inner tube. It is an innovative foam-based technology that you insert between the rim and the tyre instead of a classic inner tube. It is lighter than a reinforced inner tube and provides a pressure equivalent of approximately 13 psi. Because of its foam composition, it can't go flat, and drastically reduces the risk of pinch flats and rim damage. The unique properties of Michelin's Bib Mousse simultaneously increases braking, hook-up and lateral traction. They are designed solely for off-road use.
