The Greatest Place On Dirt - Motoland

Queensland’s newest motocross facility, Motoland, is now open! Started by family and friends who just want to share their love of riding with you and anyone else who has ever wanted to get into the sport.

In a first for motocross in Queensland and one of the first in Australia, a private entity will align with the state controlling body, and a local motocross club, to deliver a world-class facility. The purpose of the alliance is to not only create an incredible facility for the benefit of south-east Queenslanders but to drive motocross participation and grow the sport. (Traditionally, recreational ‘ride parks’ and motocross clubs, do not coexist in the same location)

Whilst the facility will open weekly for recreational riders of all skill levels, it will also host racing events, from club level competition to plans for national and potentially international events in the future.

The mission for Motoland is simple: To create the greatest place on dirt, for riders of all skill levels and their families to enjoy.

They've been busy:

Motoland has built new tracks, a cafe, a retail store and so much more. They are only just getting started and have high expectations while being committed to the industry and its mission. If you haven't already, check out the Motoland social media page, you'll be able to keep up with what they're up to and you’ll see that literally no stone has been left unturned!

"We made a commitment to ourselves, that we would take no shortcuts and we would do it the right way, from the start. This approach means we’re able to create a complete pathway for riders to get involved in motocross and eventually progress into racing in a safe and inclusive environment, on and off the track, that is unlike any other in the country. We have no doubt Motoland will encourage all forms of participation and can’t wait to open up to the public.” Adam said
