Renthal R3 520 120L O-Ring Works Chain

A premium high strength sealed ring chain with excellent impact load resistance designed specifically to withstand the stress found in offroad applications where an o-ring chain is desired. This chain is the choice where a combination of high strength, lightweight and maximum power transfer are important considerations. The nitrile o-rings help extend the chain life by retaining the special vacuum-injected grease near the critical pin area.

• Nitrile O-Rings - The specially developed O-Ring's help retain vacuum-injected grease around the chain joints. This grease prevents wear helping increase the life of the chain.
• Shot Peened - The Steel plates are shot peened to give them a high tensile strength and maximum impact load resistance.
• High Carbon Steel Pins - Bearing pins are constructed of a high carbon steel that exhibits excellent wear resistance. This again increases the life of the chain.
• Special Finish - The gold side plates have a corrosion resistant plating that provides it with an attractive colour to match all motorcycles.
• Pre Stretched - To help with an easy setup, each R3 chain is pre-stretched meaning adjustments are not required.
• Spec - Available in 520 pitch only, average tensile strength: R3-2 520 – 7644 lbf
