Cylinder Works has released the new Big Bore Cylinder Kits for the Yamaha YZ250, now available in a +5.6mm size, increasing the engine capacity to an impressive 295cc, turning your YZ250 into a YZ300!

The cast aluminum nickel silicon carbide (NSC) electroplated cylinder maintains an OEM-like appearance, with diamond honing to ensure precise bore dimensions and a perfect surface finish.

Each Cylinder Works OEM-style big bore kit includes a hand-matched Vertex piston and a top-end gasket kit.
