4 Must-have Parts to Improve your 110 Dirt Bike main image

110 dirt bikes and pit bikes are soaring back into popularity, so much so, many manufacturers are struggling to keep up with the demand.

These bikes are designed for younger kids to ride, so when we're riding them, they're getting put through the wringer.

There are some parts that increase performance, comfort and durability, and we've listed four of them in this article.

Handlebars: The first improvement any rider should make to their 110 or pit bike is a set of aftermarket handlebars. A set of Pro Taper bars are the most popular option, as they're much stronger than stock while also being taller and wider, making the cockpit of your little machine that much more accommodating.

Exhaust system: An exhaust system is a great addition to a bike, as it not only looks super cool and sounds sweet, but there's also a performance advantage too! An exhaust system is likely one of the most costly modifications, but it's also one with plenty of benefits - you'll have greater throttle response, more power, and it's much lighter than the stock unit. Pro Circuit and Yoshimura offer exhaust systems for various 110s.

Triple clamps: If you want to take your pit bike or 110 to the next level, then a set of triple clamps are a must. These would pair well with a set of aftermarket handlebars, and are designed to be much stronger than standard while offering even more legroom on the bike. That's not to mention that they look incredibly cool.

Alloy throttle tube: There's a good chance you're throwing your little motocross machine around, and it's probably going to hit the deck as keep pushing its limits. That's we recommend installing an alloy throttle tube - the standard unit is plastic and is likely snap with a decent hit, whereas the alloy one will remain in shape and allow to put in moto after moto.
