The MX27 range is the biggest update Fly Racing has made in years. New protection technology, a full racewear redesign and fresh lids across the lineup. Here's what changed.
Blueprint Protection with RHEON. The headline of the range. Most chest protectors just block roost. Blueprint actually absorbs the hit. The trick is RHEON, the same impact tech you'll find in top end helmets. It stays soft and flexible while you ride, then firms up the instant something hits it. So you get protection that moves with you instead of a stiff plate you want to leave in the ute. Four tiers cover everyone, from the race day RCH-0 through to the RCH-3 for full coverage, plus the RK-5 knee and the RBL-1 that slips under your jersey.
EVO Racewear. Fly's race kit gets reinforced with aramid for 2027, the same stuff they make bulletproof vests from. Same athletic fit the pros run, now tougher in the spots kits actually wear through.
Lite and Women's Lite. A full redesign, not a colour update. New chassis, lighter feel, built for the rider who wants performance without the race tag. The Women's Lite gets the same treatment, proper performance, fit and comfort with zero compromises.
