Since the first Leatt neck brace hit the market back in 2006, the company has continued striving to make off road riding as safe as possible. From that one initial, and many would say groundbreaking product, the Leatt range has grown to now offer a full range of motocross and mountain bike protective equipment as well as apparel. The most recent item added to the Leatt dirt bike range comes in the shape of the Leatt GPX5.5 Flexlock boots. Like all Leatt products, these beauties have gone through a rigorous and extensive testing process from Leatt's roster of pro athletes in both motocross and enduro, ensuring the new Leatt GPX boot has seen 3 years of development and refinement. The sheer level of technology that those 3 years of development has produced is substantial. The Leatt GPX 5.5 boots feature Leatt's new Flexlock system, that allows for adjustable boot flex or complete lockout of the ankle movement.

The technological advancements are not just limited to the FlexLock system, with the internals of the Leatt boots having been seriously thought out. The new Slidelock boot closure system ensures your foot is securely retained within the boot, with the well designed heel grip ankle design offering both a low profile outer, but securely housing the riders foot and allowing no heel lift. Impact foam has been used over the ankle area of the boots to ensure force reduction from impacts doesn't affect this vital area. Same for the front end of the boot, with the toe-box offering a sleek design and plush inner liner that can still accommodate wide feet.

As well as the Leatt range of boots, at MXstore you will find an array of Leatt products. From neck braces to knee braces, soft pads to goggles we have a substantial offering from these guys. But if your motocross boots shopping needs aren't satisfied by Leatt's new offering, rest assured we have a huge range of Alpinestars Boots, Gaerne, Sidi Boots and many others to ensure you get the right boot at the right price.
