Shipping times

The delivery estimator below can give you a rough time of delivery based on your location and time you place your order. This covers most products except those that are out-of-stock, preordered, dropshipped(wheel-sets + custom MotoSeats) and personalised products like Jersey Prints.

All orders received by 2pm weekdays are dispatched the same day* MXexpress get priority picking to improve the speed that we get your order out. *excluding dropshipped items

NOTE: Australian addresses only. These estimates are provided by our shipping partners StarTrack & Australia Post are to be used as a guide. Bulky, Dangerous Goods and custom built orders may take longer. Please note MXexpress is unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Icons are for display purposes only and do not accurately reflect the transport method used. Remember, place your order before 2PM AEST to ensure it leaves our warehouse the same day!

MXexpress Shipping Details

MXexpress is our fastest delivery option, designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible across Australia.

Some remote areas may take a little longer, but we’ll always move your order as fast as we can. This is an Authority To Leave service, so if you’re not home, your parcel will be left at your address. Once delivered, it becomes your responsibility. MXexpress is available to physical addresses only (no PO boxes).

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day, excluding dropship items. MXexpress operates on business days only and excludes public holidays. MXstore is not liable for parcels once delivered.

Australian Shipping Details

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $20. No catches, no fine print, no exclusions just good old-fashioned free freight. We ship everywhere.

We use Australia Post eParcel and StarTrack for most deliveries. Once delivered, parcels are the customer’s responsibility. MXstore is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or pet-destroyed orders.

Delivery Times

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For an estimate, you can use the Australia Post delivery calculator here using Burleigh Heads, 4220 as the dispatch postcode.

Dangerous Goods

Some items, such as oils, lubricants, cleaning products and aerosols, are classified as dangerous goods.

These items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order. This doesn’t affect how quickly we dispatch your order, but delivery may take a little longer in some cases.

Sit tight! You’ll still receive full tracking details once your order has been sent.

Dangerous goods cannot be returned or exchanged, and cannot be shipped internationally due to transport regulations.

New Zealand Shipping Details

We offer free shipping to New Zealand on all orders over $100. No catches, no fine print - just free freight.

Some items are shipped from third-party warehouses and can’t be sent internationally (such as wheelsets, Mo-Tows, Pimp My Bike kits and some engine components). If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll contact you straight away.

Delivery Times

Orders are sent via Australia Post Express International. Delivery is typically 3–4 business days, although some orders may arrive sooner.

Customs & Duties

Orders over NZD $175 may incur customs charges. These are set by New Zealand authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges must be paid on delivery. If they are not paid, the parcel may be abandoned and we’re unable to issue a refund. We’re unable to mark orders as a gift or adjust values to avoid customs charges.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and MXStore will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and MXStore will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

International Shipping Details

We offer competitive Express International Shipping.

To view shipping costs, simply add items to your cart and enter your country at checkout.

Delivery Times

Orders are sent via Australia Post Express International, with estimated delivery of 5–10 business days to most countries.

Once your parcel arrives in your country, it may be handed to a local courier for final delivery. This can affect delivery times.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. MXstore is not responsible for any additional customs fees and cannot accept returns due to unpaid charges.

If customs fees are refused, the parcel may be abandoned and we cannot issue a refund.

Customs rules vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office or search “customs and import duties + your country” online.

GST Information:

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. For international orders, GST cannot be refunded. The price shown is the agreed purchase price at the time of order.

Norfolk Island Shipping Details

Orders sent to Norfolk Island using Standard Shipping typically take 4-8 weeks to arrive.

Orders are first shipped to Sydney, then transported by barge to the island. In some cases, rough seas may delay this process and the shipment may need to return to Sydney before being re-dispatched, which can add a further 6–8 weeks.

Once the parcel leaves Sydney, tracking will no longer update through Australia Post, and delivery estimates are not available.

For faster delivery, we recommend selecting Australia Post eParcel Express, where available.

Some products listed at MXstore are shipped through a 3rd party warehouse. Items such as Wheelsets, Mo-Tows, Pimp My Bike Kits and Some Engine components can not be shipped internationally. We will contact you right away if there are any issues with your international order.

Considerations

- We operate multi-site warehouses across QLD and NSW, with all dispatch coordinated from our Gold Coast location.

- Weekends don’t count - all lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays

- Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.

- Dispatch timeframes are based on items leaving our Gold Coast warehouse.

- In-stock items are eligible for same day dispatch.

- We’re human - occasionally items may be out of stock. If this happens, we’ll make it right and ensure you’re looked after for the inconvenience.

Order Status & Tracking

You can check the status of your order and track any dispatched consignments from Your Account (you will also get an email with a tracking link when the item is dispatched).

Return To Sender

If your order is returned to sender, we’ll issue a store credit for the order amount (excluding shipping, unless it was our fault).You can then place a new order with the correct details.

Note: If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund (unless it was our fault).
