1. Is MXstore an Australian Company?

Yes! MXstore is 100% owned and operated in Australia with a warehouse and retail shop front located on the Gold Coast. To learn more about the origins of MXstore and some of the people behind it, visit our About Us page.

2. Are all of the products on your website in stock?

Yes - all of the products are in stock and ready to dispatch to you, unless the product says 'PRE-ORDER' in which case it will state on the individual product page the date when that product will be in stock.

Another exception to this are our custom Wheel Sets listed on our website. These are assembled by a wheel expert in another location per customer order and shipped directly to customers upon completion.

3. When will a sold out item be coming back to stock?

Many items at MXstore which sell out are re-ordered every month to replenish stock. If you land on a product which has sold out you can select to be notified via email when the item is received into our system.

If you land on a product which has sold out you will see a "notify me" button where the "add to cart" button usually is on any product page. If you are chasing a particular size of something, simply hit the size you want and the option to be emailed for that size will appear. Enter your name and email address and we will take care of the rest.

4. Can you order in products that are not on your website?

Yes - we have the largest range of Motocross Gear, Protective Gear, Bike Parts and Accessories in the country. However if you have a specific product that you're looking for which we do not have listed then let us know and we'll chase it up for you.

5. Do you have a retail store / showroom I can visit?

Yes – MXstore has a retail store open to customers 7 days every week (except public holidays).

6. How long does it take to dispatch my order?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day. Our shipping carriers do not operate over the weekends so all orders placed from 2pm Friday until 2pm Monday are dispatched on a Monday afternoon.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email which will contain a tracking number and a link so you can track your orders journey.

Please note that we will send these notifications throughout the day and the tracking number is not usually registered with our shipping carriers until after 5pm. If a tracking number does not work immediately or says that it is invalid it will usually within a few hours or at most the next day.

8. What size am I?
