• The Promoter is MXstore Pty Ltd, ABN: 17 138 351 023, at 36-40 Junction Road, Burleigh Heads, QLD, 4220, Australia.
• Competiton runs from the 2:00pm 01/09/2022- 2:00pm 20/10/2022.
• The main prize is a year's supply of Muc Off 1L Bike Wash (1x per month, 12 in total), A year's supply of Motorex 1L Oil of your choice (1x per month, 12 in total), a set of Maxxis Tyres of your choice and a Ballard's Static Stand (Your choice of colour). The prize is subject to availability and not redeemable for cash.
• To enter, you must share your best before and after photos to Instagram of your latest builds, follow MXstore Instagram Page, Tag MXstore in your post and use the hashtag #Wreckers2Checkers, for your chance to WIN. Only one entry per person.
• There will be one winner selected in total. MXstore's decision is final.
• The winners will be selected & notified by phone or email by 27/10/2022. Prizes & transport/shipping will be coordinated with the winners. The results will be announced in MXstore's EDM's, on MXstore's Socials and will be published on MXstore here https://www.mxstore.com.au/blog/competitions-winners/.
• You must be 18 years of age to enter.
• This competition is open to Australian residents only.
• MXstore staff and immediate family of staff members are not permitted to enter this promotion.
• MXstore reserves the right to deny any person or individual from participating, either prior to or during the competition if they believe the information uploaded to be false or incorrect.
• MXstore reserves the right to void any competition entry if it is deemed necessary. Entries can be removed if that person is seen to defame or abuse other entries in any way.
• MXstore reserves the right to make any changes, or amendments to the competition, or the competition's terms and conditions, without notice.
• Throughout the competition, MXstore will collect personal information via the entry form primarily to identify the winner and notify them about winning. Personal information includes but is not limited to the entrant's name, address, email address and phone number.
• The information collected throughout the competition may, at MXstore's absolute discretion, be used by MXstore staff for marketing purposes. Examples of how this personal information may be used may include contacting entrants for marketing purposes such as but not limited to testimonials. These details will be kept in strict confidence and will be used only for competition or marketing purposes as outlined here.
• MXstore will not be held liable for any third-party shipping services provided.
• The winners must supply images of their prize to MXstore for use on social media and/or in marketing communications in accordance with relevant terms & rules.
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to special, indirect, consequential loss or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. In addition, we will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever resulting from the use of prizes.
