Track Spotlight: Gap Creek Moto

Located around 10km west of Cunningham's Gap, Gap Creek is one of the premier moto parks in Southeast Queensland. A privately owned 650 acre facility boasting two senior, two junior, and one mixed moto track, as well as approximately 20km of enduro and trail loops, Gap Creek has all of your moto needs covered, no matter what level of rider you are. Not only that, they also have high quality and spacious camping areas with a central amenities block to ensure you and the family can spend the whole weekend out riding!

OPENING HOURS

Gap Creek Moto is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week, as well as most QLD Public holidays. Please note opening hours are always weather dependant. 

• Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Sunday 7:30am - 4:00pm

LOCATION

Gap Creek moto is located approximately 10 kilometres west of Cunningham’s Gap. An easy and scenic one and a half hour drive from Brisbane, 2 hours from the Gold Coast; 30 minutes east of Warwick, and around an hour from both Toowoomba and Stanthorpe.

DAY TRIPS

All areas of the park are accessible to day trip riders, although bike size limits must be adhered to on all tracks. Please note no quad bikes are permitted in the park.

CAMPING

Please note that bookings are essential for anyone wanting to camp at Gap Creek Moto. This can be done via the booking system at https://gapcreekmoto.com/ under the Book Now tab. A deposit is required to secure your booking and all first time campers must arrived by 6pm to complete the check-in process.

SHOP

Spare parts including tubes, levers, plugs and oils, etc. moto merchandise including gloves, jerseys, pants and goggles can be found in the shop next to the office. Ice, chips, cold drinks, ice creams, marshmallows and firewood are also available from the shop. There are also some limited grocery items for sale. All payments can be made in cash or eftpos. 

TOILETS & SHOWERS

The unisex amenities block offers flushing toilet facilities and free hot showers. 

DRINKING WATER

Drinking water is located on the lower level of the amenities block in front of the car park and is Ultra Violet treated bore water. The tap has a sign reading 'UV TREATED DRINKING WATER' - no chemicals are used. All water from other taps meets the Australian Standards for drinking water.
