Team Australia MXON 2026 Ernee, France

THREE ROOKIES. ONE TITLE TO DEFEND
Two years ago, Team Australia made history. Jett Lawrence, Hunter Lawrence and Kyle Webster won the Motocross of Nations for the first time and brought the Chamberlain Trophy home.
Then they did it again. At Ironman Raceway in 2025, the same three riders showed the world 2024 was no fluke. The Lawrence brothers were unstoppable, and Kyle dug deep through a tough weekend. Australia took the win by 14 points and became back-to-back world champions.
A Whole New Team for Ernée
For 2026, the lineup looks completely different. For the first time since 1997, Australia is sending an all-rookie team to the Nations. The riders are Jed Beaton, Aaron Tanti and Alex Larwood.
It's a big ask. As defending champs, they'll run the number 1, 2 and 3 plates at Ernée in France, one of the loudest and most hostile crowds in the sport, on 3 and 4 October. But these three have earned their spot. Between them, they finished first and second in MX1 and won MX2 at this year's ProMX Championship.
MXstore x Team Australia
MXstore has backed Team Australia at MXoN since 2019. Every year we stand behind Motorcycling Australia and the riders carrying our flag into the biggest race of the year. Every supporter tee sold helps fund the trip and gets Team Australia to the gate against the best in the world.
For us, supporting MXoN means backing Aussie riders who dream of making it to the world stage. And this year, with three first-timers lining up, that's exactly what it's about.
