We're committed to staying positive & proactive throughout COVID-19!

Whilst we continually strive to provide customer experience beyond expectations our team's and our customer's safety is and always will be our #1 priority! Rest assured, we're following the necessary precautions and our approach is to be proactive, preventative and on the front foot. 

Hygiene & Safety:

We have not experienced a case of COVID-19 and we are taking every precaution to protect our team who are responsible for supplying our customers with all of their favourite products. We have set certain team members up to work from home and are practising social distancing by keeping all of the transactions electronic to reduce non-essential human contact.

Online Store & Shipping:

Our online store is still completely operational, our warehouse crew are maintaining their next level ninja speed shipping standards and are ensuring we maintain fast delivery of every order!

Customer Service:

Our customer service legends are working remotely to take care of all of our customer enquiries, emails, phone calls, live chats and order management to the very best of their ability as per usual!

Our Range:

As always, our inventory team are making sure our products stay topped up & that our range continues to increase as we know this is what makes our customers happy! At the moment there is no need for panic buying - unless you want to of course! :) So whether you're heading out for a ride or working on your bike(s) we'll be doing our very best to make sure our loyal customers have everything that they need. 

Our Gold Coast Showroom: 

As of 3pm 18/03/20 we temporarily closed the doors of our retail showroom on the Gold Coast to be proactive and on the front foot with social distancing. We are following guidance from the authorities and supporting the buying of goods online to save visits to the shop. 

This has been a tough decision to make, however, we feel that by taking this necessary precaution it is a step toward getting in front of the issue. Our showroom team are in good spirits and will be keeping the outdoor Click & Collect station manned until it is time to re-open the showroom.

Click & Collect:

Although our showroom will be closed for browsing and trying items on, all of your favourite products are still available online which can then be collected using the dedicated Click & Collect station in our warehouse space. When you check-out on and choose the 'Click & Collect' method at the cart we'll have everything ready for when you arrive. Alternatively, we are encouraging all customers to shop online with us and have their orders shipped.


We ask that you get in touch with our customer service team to set up a return. Alternatively, if you bring your item in for a physical return we will need to process this in our warehouse after we have performed a sanitation process on all of the products. This return request may not be completed in the usual 'same day' time frame but our returns team will be processing returns every weekday with a high priority.
