We're committed to staying positive & proactive throughout COVID-19! Whilst we continually strive to provide customer experience beyond expectations our team's and our customer's safety is and always will be our #1 priority! Rest assured, we're following the necessary precautions and our approach is to be proactive, preventative and on the front foot.

We have not experienced a case of COVID-19 and we are taking every precaution to protect our team who are responsible for supplying our customers with all of their favourite products. We have set certain team members up to work from home and are practising social distancing by keeping all of the transactions electronic (no cash payments) to reduce non-essential human contact.

Still Shipping!

Our online store is 100% still completely operational and its business as usual for our Warehouse crew. They continue to maintain their next level ninja speed shipping standards and our same day dispatch for all orders placed before 2pm to ensure we do everything we can to get your order to you as fast as we can regardless of any potential delays with shipping carriers.

To cater for social distancing, we’ve adjusted rosters, implemented staggered lunch breaks as well as spaced out our pack benches. There is now additional and more frequent cleaning of all hard surfaces and no contact with delivery drivers. Temperature checking and hand washing at the start of shifts and all team members are wearing masks. We’ve replaced high-five and hand-shakes with foot-taps and these are just some of the precautions and measures that are now in place.

We see our Warehouse Team as Warriors - they just keep going! Over the past few weeks they’ve also been extra busy receiving more products than usual as we've increased our stock holdings to ensure that we don't sell out of items that you might need!

Still Ordering!

Our Inventory Team is also working remotely and as per usual are making sure our products stay topped up and that our range continues to increase as we know this is what makes our customers happy!

“Still Ordering” is actually an understatement - our Inventory Team has been pushing hard over the past few weeks as they’ve actually been placing bigger than usual stock orders as we want to be on the front foot to ensure stocks do not run low and we maintain Australia’s largest range!

We’ve also seen an increase in demand across certain categories so we’ve added extra focus to increasing our range in those areas, a good example of this is engine parts and rebuild kits.

Still Printing!

Awesome news is that our custom jersey prints are still in full swing!

Rest assured we’re taking hygiene and safety very seriously and have put all of the appropriate measures in place to follow the necessary precautions and guidelines.

Hot off the press …. when our Prints Team aren't doing custom jersey prints they’re coming up with new ways to solve customer problems with print! Exciting news is that in the next few weeks we'll be printing graphics kits too! This means whilst browsing Australia’s largest range of plastics, you’ll also be able to grab your graphics kit at the same time! More information on Graphics Kits.

Still Helping!

Our Customer Service legends have adapted quickly to their new working remotely environment and continue to take care of all of our customer enquiries, emails, phone calls, live chats and order management to the very best of their ability!

For returns, we ask that you get in touch with our customer service team to set up a return. Please note all returns go through a thorough sanitation process and so the return request may not be completed in the usual 'same day' time frame but our returns team will be processing returns every weekday with a high priority. If you wish to return an item to exchange it for another item (different size for example) please be aware that returned items can only be processed after they have completed the twenty-four-hour quarantine process. The best way to complete this action is to return the incorrect item, purchase the correct item on a new order and your return will be completed for a full refund after it has been through the sanitation process.

Showroom Reopened & Still Click & Collecting!

As of Friday 8th May we reopened our Showroom at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast and rest assured we’re adhering to the appropriate health & safety guidelines and have put additional measures in place.

These include having a maximum of 15 customers in the Showroom at any one time, practising social distancing and keeping a minimum of 1.5m from others at all times and our Team carrying out additional product sanitisation processes.

For our local customers that prefer to call in, we still recommend shopping online & selecting our Click & Collect option. To do this, simply visit MXstore.com.au and when you’re on the check-out choose the ‘Click & Collect’ method at the cart so that all your goods will be ready for collection by the time you pick them up.

Credit card (instead of cash) is still the preferred payment method due to current health guidelines to reduce physical contact. If you’re not feeling well but you are wanting to place an order, we ask that you shop online and have your order shipped direct to your door for the safety of everyone and we hope you have a speedy recovery!

For physical returns, we ask that you get in touch with our customer service team to set up a return.
