MXstore was on hand for Round 2 of the 2019 MX Nationals to catch all the action first hand! Coming off some brutal conditions in Round 1 at Appin, Round 2 was a much more exciting affair for everyone, albeit still a bit muddy!

Raceline Motorsport's Hayden Mellross looked to have the MX1 overall of the day wrapped up after CDR Yamaha's Luke Clout was hit with 2 time penalties throughout the day, but a big crash whilst chasing down Moto 2 winner Todd Waters left him to take 2nd overall. Luke Clout took his first overall win for the year, with Hayden taking the red plate into Round 3 of the Championship. A big year ahead in the competitive MX1 class.

Reigning champ Wilson Todd was a class above in the MX2 class on board his DPH Husqvarna, taking out fastest qualifier and all 3 MX2 motos in convincing fashion. Raceline Motorsport's Regan Duffy took out the win in the MXD class ahead of Mason Rowe and Rhys Budd.

We're proud to once again be involved in the premier motocross championship here in Australia for the 2019 season, and looking forward to an epic season of racing with some of the best riders we've seen grace our Australian shores.
