>> ATTENTION IMPORTANT UPDATE - POSTPONED <<

Dear Moto Master Class Entrants,

It is with much regret we have to inform you that the 2015 Moto Master Class at Coolum on August 31st & September 1st has been postponed due to Michael Byrne suffering some injuries during a training crash whilst fulfilling his duties as Chad Reed’s training partner this week.

Byrner is in hospital with broken ribs and a partially collapsed lung. Specialists have advised that he is unable to fly from Florida to Australia let alone ride a motocross bike. He will undergo a manipulative procedure to reposition the fracture and is set to make a full recovery.

A word from Michael Byrne -

“ Hey guys, talk about bad timing! Unfortunately injuries are part of our sport and I really apologise for being unable to attend an event that I’m so passionate about. I spoke with Chris and Shane at length about options and we all agree we want Moto Master Class to maintain the high standard that we have set in the past and that postponing the event is the best solution. My lung injury also means flying is out of the question for at least the next week or so which also obviously affects the event. I will heal up and we will get a new date set and I look forward to getting back home to work with all the riders that have chosen to be part of Moto Master Class.”

In the nature of the Moto Master Class events being built around top level world class riders, with this short notice it is impossible to get a substitute for Byrne. We will work towards setting a new date and having Byrner attend once he has fully recovered.

If you have paid by credit card it will be refunded to you and if you have paid by direct deposit please reply with your bank account details and we will transfer the money back to you.

We apologise for any inconvenience but Michael’s health is paramount at this point.

Regards

Chris Urquhart, Shane Booth and the team at Motodevelopment
