2015 Christmas Gift Guide

We have collaborated with our good friends at Australia Post and put together this info page to take the guess work out of Christmas shopping this silly season. By using the form at the bottom of this page you will be able to check the estimated time of arrival of your order using REGULAR or EXPRESS freight. If you've missed the cut-off for regular freight, don't panic! Upgrade to express delivery and we'll jam your order in the posties face faster than you can say MXSTORE!

How long does it take to despatch my order?
All orders placed before 2pm any weekday are usually despatched on the same day.
When is the cut-off for delivery before Christmas?
To make life easier we have added a postage calculator to the bottom of this page. This will calculate the ETA of any item via regular or express post to your postcode. All you need to do is add your postcode and the calculator will give you an ETA! Please note that your order needs to be despatched on this date NOT placed on this date.
If you are ordering on the day of cut-off please call us first so we can advise whether or not we can get your order out the door that day. Please note this service is a guide supplied by Australia Post, and is not a guarantee from MXstore.
Does MXstore offer express freight?
Yes, we offer 2 options of express delivery! You can select from these options during the checkout process. The cost for express freight is calculated in your shopping cart once you have added an item and your delivery address.
Australia Post has suggested the latest possible dispatch day for an express order to arrive by the 24th is Tuesday the 22nd of December. Your postcode must also be in the next day network.
I missed the cut-off, what now?
MXstore will continue to dispatch orders as per normal until the very last pickup of 2015. Australia Post increases their workforce and delivery schedules during the Christmas period to make every effort for your parcel to arrive on time. If your order does not arrive by Christmas, it shouldn’t be far off and you can keep track of your orders progress using the tracking information provided. Please remember to take the public holidays into account as this will add to the total delivery time of your order.
Can Items be exchanged/refunded after Christmas?
Yes, in accordance with our return policy, items that are returned within 60 days of purchase are eligible for exchange/refund. Please see our returns policy for more information.
