Your motocross pit setup can make or break your experience on race day, especially when you factor in those hot and dusty days, and of course, those cold and rainy days, too.

There are four particular items will make the ideal pit setup for the everyday racer, all of which are relatively affordable and can be seen as long-term investments.

Motocross tent: A tent/gazebo/Ezyup - whichever one you like to call it - is an essential part of any rider's pit setup. In fact, it's the first thing every racer should be looking to add to their race day kit, as they provide shelter from the elements, all while providing your very own space at the race track.

Chairs: Along with a tent, chairs are also essential to any and every rider's pit setup. After putting in a gruelling moto, the last thing you want to be doing is either standing or sitting on the floor. Get yourself some chairs for an increased level of comfort between races.

Table: As simple as it is, a fold-out camping table is incredibly handy on race day. It's perfect for storing things like your toolbox (if it isn't too big!), plus it's great for preparing everything from your gear through to your food. It's just another item that will make things easier for yourself on race day.

Dirt bike stand: It goes without saying you'll need a stand for your motocross bike, and it's important to choose a stand that is both sturdy and tall enough. You're bound to find some locations without even ground, and we've always found good success with your traditional 'box' stand on race day.
