Fogging off-road goggles is something every MX or enduro rider will eventually face at some stage, but if you're continually finding that your goggles are fogging, then this guide is for you.

We've highlighted our top three solutions to prevent fogging motocross goggles.

Dual-pane lens: One of the most fool-proof ways to eliminate fogging on your dirt bike goggles is by using dual-pane lenses, which most goggle brands provide a selection of models in their line-up. A dual-pane lens is essentially two lenses in one - the outer section of the lens will be the typical thickness that you see on dirt bike, while the internal one is generally thinner. The dual-pane lens basically makes a layer of air between the lenses, which acts as an insulator, allowing the thinner lens on the inside to warm up to the temperature inside the goggle without contacting the cooler outside one.

Premium MX goggles: If you're using entry or mid-level goggles, it might be why your goggles are fogging up on those cold mornings. A premium motocross goggles generally have multiple different design elements to aid fogging, such the best in anti-fog technology on the lens itself, as well as appropriate ventilation and prevent fogging as much possible.

Anti-fog spray: The third and final way to eliminate fogging dirt bike goggles is by using an anti-fog spray, which is the most affordable solution. An anti-fog spray, such as the offerings from Scott and Cat Crap (yes, that's the brand name!), is applied to the lens and makes a coating that prevents fogging up.
