We are looking for positive, proactive and customer-focused casual team members to deliver 'service beyond expectations' to our Showroom customers. So what does that mean?
> Creating genuine connections with our customers over a shared obsession with bikes - no matter if they're a complete newbie who needs a full set of gear, or a seasoned pro just dropping in for an oil filter.
> Utilising your second-to-none product and industry knowledge to educate customers on all things MX - from our product range, through to where to ride, and how to get into racing. Anything that helps our customers to RIDE MORE!
> Ensuring that every customer leaves the Showroom with the right gear for their needs, no questions unanswered and and super positive vibes about their experience (so positive that they'll want to tell a friend or family member about us - and return themselves!)

Finding the right people for our team, who align with our core values and service philosophy, is our number one priority, but it also helps if you've got technical knowledge of dirt bikes and dirt bike gear, sales or customer service experience and some exposure (or the ability to learn) basic technology/POS systems. We're committed to providing training and development opportunities for the right people!
Our Showroom is open seven days a week, so keep in mind that we need our casual team members to have some availability for weekend shifts.
